Refund basics

Refund timelines and policies vary. The details are usually available on your itineraryitinerary or the confirmation email you received when booking.

Depending on the rules of your booking, you may get a direct refund to your original payment method, or you may get an airline credit, rewards, or coupons. Sometimes you might get a combination of these.

If you’ve been charged a deposit or partial payment, you’ll be refunded for that amount, minus any non-refundable fees.

Once you’ve cancelled your booking, you can check the status of your refund with our live agent.
